Privacy notice for the waitlist

This notice covers the details you give us when you join the Rovia CRM waitlist on roviacrm.com. It does not cover the CRM product itself, which has its own terms for customers.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the company operating Rovia CRM. Until that company is incorporated, the person responsible is the founder, reachable at hello@roviacrm.com. This notice will be updated with the company name and registration details before the product launches.

What we collect and why

We process these details to handle your request for early access (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract). We do not use them for a newsletter, and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

Where it is stored

Your entry is stored on our own server on AWS in the European Union, in a waitlist file and as a contact record in our own Rovia CRM workspace. It is not shared with advertisers or sold. Your waitlist entry itself is not sent to an AI provider; if you email us, our own Rovia workspace may summarise the thread through OpenAI's API on the terms described on the trust page. The only third party involved is our email provider when we write to you.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access programme ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your details move to the customer agreement.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@roviacrm.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Imprint

"Rovia CRM" is a project name; no company has been incorporated yet. Responsible for this site and controller for the waitlist: the operator's full name and postal address will be listed here before the site goes live, as EU and German law require. Contact: hello@roviacrm.com.
