Inbox agent liveFollow-up agent: building now

The CRM that
fills itself in.
You sign off.

Rovia's agents read the inbox you authorise, flag what changed on every deal and queue the next step. Each suggestion carries the sentence it came from. By default, nothing is sent, moved or deleted until a person says yes.

Open-source core (Twenty), hosted in the EU, exportable from day one.

Concept of the Rovia workspace. All companies, people and figures shown are fictional.

Four agents. One rule: show the sentence, then wait for the click.

Research, inbox, follow-up, outbound. Each owns a job your reps put off, cites what it found, and stops at the line you draw.

LiveInbox agent

Reads the thread. Quotes the sentence.

Every authorised thread is linked to the right deal. When something changes, the agent proposes the stage, the commitment and the next step, with the exact sentence that justifies each one. You define the stages.

Won't change a stage without a quoted sentence and your click.

Building nowFollow-up agent

Quiet deal, drafted reply.

When a deal goes quiet, the agent drafts a reply from the thread itself and queues it for review. If the customer answers first, the draft cancels itself.

Won't send without a person clicking Send, by default.

NextResearch agent

Builds the account before you open it.

It pulls people and signals from Sales Navigator lists and the web, checks them against your ideal customer, and writes each one in with a source.

Won't invent a contact: every person and signal links to where it was found.

NextOutbound agent

Sequences that stop for a person.

Multi-step sequences personalised from the research, inside daily limits, quiet hours and opt-outs you set. LinkedIn steps become tasks for the rep, never actions on their account.

Won't send step one until a person has approved the draft.

See it on your own pipeline.

Request early access

NextWorkflows

A trigger, a few steps, an approval wherever you put one.

Workflows you build without code. Approve a batch once, not every email.

Not a bolt-on. A full CRM, open source.

Pipelines, records, email, calendar and reports, built on Twenty, the open-source CRM, so your data sits in a standard schema you can export whole.

Flexible data model

Companies, people and deals out of the box. Add objects and attributes for how you actually sell: sites, fleets, licences, whatever the unit is.

Email and calendar sync

Gmail and Microsoft 365 through the provider's own sign-in. Threads and meetings land on the right records, with per-mailbox visibility rules.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Next

Planned as a browser extension that works within LinkedIn's user agreement; we will state exactly what it permits before release. Rovia never acts on your LinkedIn account.

Reports

Pipeline by stage, owner and period, plus the risks agents flag on quiet or contested deals.

Audit log and exports

Every agent action, approval and send is logged with who and when. Export the log, or the whole workspace, whenever you like.

Import, API, integrations

Spreadsheet import today. Email re-syncs from your mailbox. REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks.

Building nowAsk Rovia

Ask the question. Get the answer, with the receipts.

Plain language over your CRM and your authorised email. Every claim links to the record or message it came from, and facts are marked separately from inferences. People only see what their role allows.

Every action has a source, a limit and a log.

Written the way we'd want a vendor to write it: one claim per line, and the mechanism behind it. Details on the trust page.

Approval by default

Today the inbox agent only proposes: a stage changes when you click Approve, and agents do not send or delete anything. Sending and deleting stay behind the same gate when those agents ship; loosening a gate per workflow is on the roadmap and will be logged.

Evidence on everything

Every suggestion cites its source sentence. Every answer separates what was said from what is inferred.

citation model
Read-only by default

Read scopes for mail and calendar through Google and Microsoft sign-in, revocable by the user or an admin at any time. Sending from a mailbox needs a separate send scope that you grant only when you switch that feature on.

Hosted in the EU

One isolated workspace per company, on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt). A GDPR data-processing agreement and the sub-processor list are part of every pilot. Prompt text for summaries and drafts goes to OpenAI's API in the United States under its business terms, which as of October 2026 state that API data is not used to train its models. Everything else stays in Frankfurt.

What teams ask before they join

Is Rovia a complete CRM or an add-on?

A complete CRM. Records, pipelines, email and calendar sync, notes, tasks and reporting run on Twenty, an open-source CRM core that we host unmodified. The agents, workflows and integrations are Rovia's own layer on top. You pay for the hosted product, the agents and the support, not for the core.

What does early access involve?

A small number of teams at a time, onboarded by us, free during the pilot. We ask for a 30-minute call a month and honest feedback. You see pricing before you commit to anything, and you can export everything and leave at any time.

What will it cost?

Free during the pilot. Written pricing before you commit to anything. When the pilot ends you choose to subscribe or to export and leave; nothing converts automatically.

I'm on Pipedrive, Attio or HubSpot. Why move, and how?

If your CRM works for you, stay. If your reps don't update it, that's what Rovia is for: approvals, cited evidence and an audit log on every automated action. Moving is three steps. Companies, people, deals and notes import from your export, by spreadsheet today and one click once the importer ships. Email and calendar re-sync from Gmail or Microsoft 365. Custom attributes and lists are mapped to objects with us on the onboarding call. Not carried over: your old tool's AI summaries, call recordings and sequence history.

What do the agents do without asking me?

Read, link email to records and summarise; drafting follows as the follow-up agent ships. Anything that changes a deal's stage, sends an email, or deletes data waits for approval by default. Loosening that per workflow is on the roadmap and will be logged.

How does the LinkedIn Sales Navigator connection work?

There is no Sales Navigator API, so this is planned as a browser extension working within LinkedIn's user agreement, which restricts automated collection; we will state what it permits before release. Rovia will not send connection requests or messages from your account, because that puts your reps' profiles at risk. People added this way are contacts your team collects from a third party: you remain the controller and responsible for informing them. It is not built yet.

Does the data model match what I have today?

Custom objects, fields and relations; table and kanban views with filters, sorting and grouping; multiple pipelines. The forecast view shown above is on the roadmap. If you rely on a specific feature, ask us before the pilot and we'll tell you straight.

Where is my data and who can see it?

In your own isolated workspace on AWS in the EU. Only the minimum text needed for a summary or a draft goes to OpenAI's API in the United States; under OpenAI's business terms, as of October 2026, that data is not used to train its models. Roles control who sees which mailbox and which records. Instructions hidden inside an email are treated as untrusted text, never as commands; we test for this and will publish the results on the trust page.

We write to you when a seat opens. What you'd hand to an agent first decides what we build next.
